Decent credit union but the app is missing a couple very basic and important features. If you have a line of credit, you can't pay it all the way to zero without using the actual website. Credit accounts will say "payment due by x" but won't tell you what the minimum payment is, and the warning won't go away after you pay it. These problems have been around for years, the employee I opened my account with even warned me about them. Feels like they're trying to hurt your credit score for fun

Worst mobile banking experience ever. Unable to access my account information for no reason, at the most inconvenient times. Very frustrating. This app continues to be a disappointing and unreliable mess. It will work fine, until it doesn't. Becu needs to facilitate regular maintenance for their app, because clearly they don't. This App from BECU is pure hell. They would be better off not offering it to members. Horrible app, doesn't sync with BECU's online banking.

It seems like I could only log in to my account once a day, and I can't log in for the rest of the day, next day I could log in, then I can't for the rest of the day, then it repeats

I forgot my password and becu apparently can't start to process the password recovery for at least a year, so I can't able to go into my account
