★★★★★ I love the application when it is working and we do not have problems with it. This is not the first time and I don't know what's going on with Bluefire Reader since last Monday, July 8, 2019, in the morning it was working fine. I even ordered that morning a numeric book through the Library and National Archives of Québec. Later in the afternoon, I wanted to return the book I have just finished and start to read the new one I ordered in the morning and that I downloaded in EPub, to discover in the afternoon my Bluefire Reader Icone disappeared. So I disinstalled the application, reboot my Tablet, reinstalled the application. I have been doing that since last Monday and it seems nothing works at all. The application is installed but I am not able to get the numeric book I downloaded on Monday morning, and do not have access either to the book I would like to return. The same happened to my husband the same day with his tablet as well. So is there someone who can contact us to inform us of what is going on with the application. It is not funny at all.
★★☆☆☆ worst app ever. I downloaded a book for school and was able to view it once. Since then it was saying there is an error and now the books just won't show up on the home screen at all.
★★☆☆☆ I wish you had not updated this app. Since your last update it is not working; I have not been able to activate it through my adobe account!!
★★☆☆☆ Used to work well but now I can't open half my books. It keeps prompting me to log in to some Adobe DRM thing to read my purchased epubs. I don't have any pdf books and all my books are either open/copyright free or purchased so don't know what's happening with this.
