★★★★★ Best workout app out there!! I love this app more than anything. Use it for every gym session. You won't get bored with this as every session is different and tailor made. Recommend it to anyone looking for help in the gym

★★★★★ This app is awesome! It schedules all your workouts for you, while taking into accounts your availability, level of commitment, fitness goal and level, equipment available, etc. It asks how you feel before and after each workout and adjusts the exercises accordingly. It even lets you evaluate your posture and flexibility and then selects exercises to improve them (while excluding others that would make them worse). Perfect for people who want to train responsibly, at their own pace and with purpose.

★★★★★ great workouts, easy to use and great video and workout arrangements. only issue is that a lot of times the description of the exercise does not load, however you can watch it being done so not too bad.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible, after sending an email about my disappointment in the lack of exercises, the constant repition without progression, and complete lack of resukts after 6 months of training, I was charged again for the pro version and am now unable to log into the app and since there is no customer support for login, it looks like I've wasted $100 over the last 2 years on nothing
