Really great for finding accommodation although be careful with Genius 'discounts'. My wife and I cross-check prices with me logged in, and her searching as a logged out guest, and the Genius price is sometimes higher. I guess dynamic pricing sometimes sees loyalty as weakness. There is always the option to use the app to find places but book directly with the accommodation if it is cheaper that way. I reiterate though that the app is great for finding places to stay and is often cheapest.

It was awesome. Quiet serene place with great ocean views, and it really felt like a home away from home this will be my home every holiday to Durban. The host was always available, and the staff was friendly and courteous. We'll Do congrats for making my holiday a home away from. Thank u Johnny.

I have stopped using this scam app. Their terms and conditions are insane, and you know it when you need a change. For Example. I purchased a flexible flight ticket, but they bought a standard ticket from airline. Thus, the changes we can do in a flexible ticket is not in the ticket they called flexible.

The hotels beds and furniture getting old and dirty and dull. Get itch all over at the hotels. The funny people like to put 5 star for everything, coz they don't have any facility or amenities or mrt or bus at their countries, so everything they say is nice here in Singapore.

No customer service support if you get stuck with the wrong and unprofessional hotel booking, they will not refund or relocate, scam and most importantly you can't connect to them in hindi, they're operating in india and no hindi employees Totally disappointed

Worst platform, they are asking commission for cancelled booking waow, and when m sending all the proofs and screenshots they are saying that booking was done from some other platform and guest were supposed to pay cash 🤡. When booking is done online then why will someone pay cash. This is not less than scam. All the staff and this company is running by jokers and morons. CONTACT US.... I have been sending emails and msgs to you guys, but I didn't get any call back and issue is still same.

I booked an apartment in Paris via Booking 2 weeks ago. Quickly found out it was a scam listing, so I cancelled within 24 hrs for a refund. I messaged the customer service agents via chat and told them this was a scam and wanted to warn them. They refused to acknowledge it was a scam listing. Absolute joke. Never again. Broken my trust.
