LOVE BOX, but sure do wish the pro accounts could have the FILE REQUEST feature in your APP. Having the file request feature is one of the best parts of the account, yet not having it for the app is one of the worst parts of the app. Really messes us up if we're on the road & need to conduct time sensitive business. And if I upload songs I made, they used to play in order. The app plays a random order which really screws me up as I'm trying to review certain ones back to back.

Love the app., much better than Dropbox. One thing that would be a great addition in the app is different display view, like grid view, list view, detail view etc.

I like Box for the security features, but the upload speeds are painfully slow. Worse, it frequently stops midway, without any clear error message, forcing me to restart the entire process. I can't afford to babysit a progress bar for an hour only for it to fail at the end. Needs a serious stability update.

The app needs improvement. It frequently asks me to log in again, especially when trying to upload files or switch directories, which is frustrating. Sometimes the home page also loads completely empty, making navigation difficult. Please fix these stability and login issues.

What happened to the camera settings? When I take a picture, the image shown on my screen is really close. But when I review my photo it's very far away. Why did this change? I need the photo I take to be the photo that I upload. This is unacceptable.

The app nowadays is horrible at loading folders, on my Techno Camon phone, I open the app to upload a document via camera, I close the app after it says upload complete, I open the app after some time has passed, only to find the document uploaded was not in the intended folder. Why? Because the refresh process is broken that's why. Turns out no matter what folder you choose you have to refresh the page 2 to 3 times before uploading, else it will process the upload in the latest folder refreshed
