Brightness Control is NOT yet another one brightness manager. Unlike the traditional brightness management applications, Brightness Control allows you to set up to 10 custom presets and select one of those presets with one click. You are not limited with predefined presets!!!
Brightness Control is very flexible - each present can be configured to any value between 10 and 255 (4% - 100%). It also shows you Auto-brightness button, so you no longer need visit Settings to select automatic brightness.

This app is a huge spy spam app that emails you if you dare force it to stop.

The app doesn't seem to work on Android 9. I can increase and decrease the brightness level for various presets but as soon as you exit the app the brightness reverts back to the system setting. Shame because this is just what I was looking for.
