★★★★★ Works great, needs config opts Works great, but some configuration options are desired, even if only available in the paid version. Like steps of brightness, default manual brightness, and direction (bright to dim, dim to bright).

★★★★★ Fantastic! Just what I was looking for! A very simple widget that increases the brightness every single time you touch the icon. I especially like that the icon shows the number of pips on how bright the screen is. Very cool indeed.

★★★★★ Almost perfect Simple easy to use and almost perfect. Nice interface, easy to put it into auto mode. The problem I usually switch between Auto to the lowest brightness setting. The widget doesn't remember the last setting you used and you are forced to click it 5 times to get it back to the lowest setting. Configurable "step" increases would be nice. But the underlying problem here is that "auto" is too bright, if they fixed that we wouldn't need brightness apps.

★★☆☆☆ Misleading description 8 brightness levels are not "available", you are stuck with them. Description implies you can adjust and is misleading.
