Convenient I have been using this app for a couple of months now and yes, I did get a couple of tickets at Diamond Parking because their attendants do not check online payments BUT they were very good about voiding the ticket when the emailed receipt was forwarded to the email address on the ticket. I spoke with an attendant and he also said if at all possible, print the receipt and put it on your dash - rather inconvenient if you do not have a printer handy but it will save you the time necessary to appeal a ticket. Anyway, I'm really happy with the app... 4 stars because of the ticketing screw-ups and also because of the 30 cent convenience fee. Please note that I did not have the cc expiration date issue because I signed up on the call2park website prior to using the app.

App works great... Once you get past the CC error So I too suffered the continual CC errors when I first set up my account, using the app... No matter what card, the expiration date was always invalid.. The trick around this 'issue' is go to the developer's website and create your account there.. Once you're signed up, you can input your phone number and provided PIN into the app and its good to go.. Also, I used to work for a parking company that uses this program - It works great.. I would go to write a ticket and the program would notify me the vehicle was paid.. Just be sure to input your actual and correct license plate!
