My carte de fidelity keeps disappearing from app so can not take advantage of any offers. Once again my carte de fidelity is missing on app. I have tried to add card more than once. Please add my card again, or I stop shopping with you.

I am not able to create an online account because the system says my birthdate is in incorrect format (I use the built-in calendar to select a date, so nothing can be incorrect on my end). I get the same error on all browsers and devices. I tried to initiate WhatsApp conversation with the Carrefour team using the QR code on your website, but WhatsApp says QR code is not valid. The problem seems to be on server-side. If you could fix it, I will update the negative review.

I love Carrefour and its products, but the app needs an English (and Spanish too) option. I understand France is French-speaking, but adding a few major languages would attract more customers and likely increase sales. As I'm still learning French, I don't feel confident placing large orders, so I often use other services instead. This is the only reason for my low rating.

Created an account, and it does not let me log in. I added all the codes and made all settings. Each time I try to log in, the app is glitching and returning me to log in page again. It's impossible to use. Moved to France and set up the country in the app store, this is not the problem.
