//I LIKE THE APP BUT I'm disliking it here until FULL SCREEN is an option //
Good reader. Works reasonably well with Calibre server. Supports ePub and PDF (not so well). Shows chapter status on screen but not book progress! I'd like option for the status bar to remain (non fullscreen mode). Came back to this after using the buggy Moon+ reader, this app might be basic but its generally reliable.
Still the best book reader on Android for MY needs. Now that they are working on an IOS version and Stanza is dead, it'll soon be the best reader on IOS as well.
Undecided. It is not as smooth as Laputa though which has disappeared. Now that I can use my own library app for ebooks and audiobooks the app is redundant?
Had a good product prior to 2.0. Added "features" that simply made it harder to use without a single gain.
Importing is much more difficult.
I'm unable to see the ratings you've given books, which allowed me to track what I've read.
I'm unable to edit author names to sort out library.
Now it's possible, I'd hope even probable, that that all is still possible, but prior to 2.0 it was literally at your fingertips. Now God only knows what hoops you have to jump through. Making so I have to drill down to get to that stuff is NOT an improvement.
To the company. K.I.S.S.!!! You've really goofed up what had been an excellent product. In the meanwhile, I'll be looking for the old .apk

Awesome ebook reader I love reading books on my phone with aldiko! Does what it does PERFECTLY! It could be slightly improved by showing a "read" marking on the books you read in your bookshelf and maybe a cooler "share" text (more around twitter length & maybe a completion % for the book) but thats just me bitching. Aldiko is AWESOME!

Non User Friendly May read well but nearly impossible to import books with any sort of ease. One of the most unfriendly cryptic interfaces I have ever seen. I still have no idea how to get my books into the Aldiko library. The support and instructions that work are non existent.

Back to it This was the first one I've used, for some reason. Some day I've uninstalled it - don't remember why - and tried others, like Adobe and AReader. Those ARE good, but what brought me back was the possibility of continuing to read where I've left off.

Best reader I have It's a little complicated to find files on my device and pull them into the library. Also a little difficult to find instructions on how to do that operation, but not too bad. Functionality is great, though!

nope Design suggestions: 1. Don't copy all ebooks just to put them in the library. 600+ is gotta hurt 2. Pre-cache the covers 3. DO NOT, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, just blast off the brightness to mawithout warning.
