I've been researching since 1972. Joined ancestry around when it first began. My researching took over and hour to spend the day once a week to San Francisco bay archives. Wow did ancestry help. So much easier. I would go few days a week to family history centers as well. At the time you could log on to their website for 1 hour.

When they send a push notification for a new hint, clicking it opens the app and doesn't show the hint. If the app is already open to a person, and a user has to do anything in any other app (like to answer a call) returning to Ancestry resets to the Discover/welcome, losing any work you had. Makes it functionally worthless.

Hate the new update. I lost most of my family tree and the app is very unresponsive. Not to mention when I try to see common ancestors on my DNA matches it just gives me a website error.
