Absolutely love the app, true there is the occasional hiccup, but I love listening to books and the service has treated me well. Plus I love how there are older books on here as well. Classic Sci-fi is my listen of choice.

Normally I am really happy with the service though recent promotions do not work effectively. And I was on the phone for 48 mins with a lead named Anna that was not willing to return the promotion, because she felt it worked I just had to use my 20 credits first, and then the next one will be free instead of using 3 and getting 1 free. Also, if a promotion messes up over 3 credits they will not help as you should have noticed by than. Also, wouldn't allow me to talk with another member for help.

The books are great but Audible is incredibly frustrating to use. For me, reading and listening are separate experiences, but Audible couldn't care less about your preferences. I have changed my settings to ask it not to sync the two, yet once again, I go to resume the book I was looking forward to all week on my only day off and have to spend forever finding my place because it took me 22 chapters back to a quote I dared to look up on my Kindle a few days ago.

It is beyond annoying that you can not turn off the autoplay function. I usually have two phones connected to my truck, and every time I get off a call on my other phone, it automatically starts playing a book. Every time I start my truck, it automatically starts playing a book. It's nonstop forcing this app to close, and it's still somehow pops back up and starts playing again.
