Very useful app. Good flight info including baggage claim belt number shortly after arrival. Gate info often appears before the airline app announces it.

Waste of time. Been getting a "we are having trouble signing you in for technical reasons" message for weeks. that's when you select the sign in option before you are asked for any details. Have deleted and reinstalled a couple of times but no different not great when your trip to Heathrow is approaching

Now unusable. Forced to change my (correct - held in pw manager) password and took 10 minutes and 3 attempts to do so - utterly unstable, kept closing again and again. Please fix

Registration process failed, something to do with phone calls. Now its useless and I cannot register again as it already has my email address and there is no way to delete the partial registration WHY DON'T APP DEVELOPERS TEST THEIR APPS PROPERLY

Rewards STILL not accessible. Two updates recently and rewards card still cannot be loaded, nothing but an error that you are apparently fixing, yet it still isn't done!
