Wants way too much personal data. All I want to know is if my partners flight has touched down. Somehow, they want my date of birth, home address, set password with codes to both my mobile number and email (I.e. you want those contacts too) this is just data harvesting app. Offers nothing back in return. It's all about what you can tell them, they offer no information back in re turn. Typicall short-sighted corporate money making trash. Just don't bother

Parking booking is rubbish. App is just a re-direct onto the Heathrow website btw, it's not an App. It couldn't find my return flights for my parking dates, total cost for making customers enter flight details mandatory but your company not storing correct or up-to-date data in this case, £335. Well done, I'll book with someone else then.

Rewards STILL not accessible. Two updates recently and rewards card still cannot be loaded, nothing but an error that you are apparently fixing, yet it still isn't done!
