★★★★★ Sign up. App works very well. But you must first sign up online via google or bing, etc. Once signed up, download the app and sign in. App does not allow you to sign up.

★★★★★ Great Customer Support I was unable to play a movie with sound on my roku through the app. I contact support via email and was responded to within an hour. I missed the chance to fix the sound that night though. I responded again and the support team not only helped me fix the sound which was not their fault but mine they also gave me the movie again.

★★☆☆☆ No way to sign up There is no create account link, it just takes me to a sign in page, then tells me I dont have an account. Well how the f am I supposed to creat an account then???

★★☆☆☆ Won't let me rent movies Every time I click Rent button it says "whoops" there is something wrong with your credit card. Nothing is wrong with it. I guess I won't be giving you my money!

★★☆☆☆ Blockbuster is officially terrible I rented a movie through roku. There was no sound. I download the app on my phone and it doesn't play it just exits out. Just wasted 6 bucks on a movie I can't watch..
