I used to love Trillion. Over the years they've added more features and, sadly, given up on reliability. For example, my son sent me a message that I received on my computer almost instantaneously and the next morning - 14 hours later - the message finally appeared as "new" on my phone. This is commonplace and messages are NEVER received on our phones with any rhyme or reason. We are now researching alternatives. Tril, you'll be missed, but not as much as the important messages I never received.

The app was alright before, maybe a bit buggy in that it wouldn't send the occasional message, send others twice, or wouldn't give notifications even though it had every permission to run in the background. Now, it refuses to send my messages to a specific person for at least a week, for no reason. Others work fine.

When using the app, I am notified I have a waiting chat, but I am unable to respond as I can't type anything in the message box. I then have to close the app and re-open it for it to allow me to type a message.
