Wonderful staff. We are 2 people of a certain age, and we were royally looked after, both from Bruxelles to London and return. Help with our luggage and even upgrading our tickets and on quickly passing through customs and getting on the train. We especially want to thank Somer from London Eurostar. She did everything to help us. We are forever grateful and are planning our next Eurostar trip very soon.

Really like the app, certain things just worked much better than other similar apps. When you get to the terminal, your boarding pass pops up and the info is helpful too. Great app!

Useless. Once you've authorized payment in your banking app the eurostar payment page has gone, so you're stuck in a loop and can't confirm the booking!

Don't update your details unless you are using you ticket soon. When you update the app you lose your data. Also, if ever there is a problem, it is near impossible to speak to a person. The number listed on the website gives you a lot of options only to tell you there are not enough operators to answer the call and to call back at another time. However, whenever you call back it is the same.

Eurostar has become a total rip-off. Considering that I am already booking two months in advance, £300 for a 2.5 hours return train ride is close to robbery. As soon as one of the low-cost airlines flies to Brussels, I take flights again.
