I've been a paid member for over a year now. I get a 10 dollar voucher every month to spend on digital movie/shows or for Cinema Tickets. They also randomly send my appreciation credit. The digital store has weekly sales, and I have literally got movies for a buck. LOVE LOVE LOVE Fandango. #vudu4ever

WORST PHONE APP EVER!! Without warning, this ridiculous lousy App CLOSED MY ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH I HAD A CREDIT BALANCE!! I had several exchanges with "customer service representatives" and they refused to help. THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL. USE ANY APP OTHER THAN FANDANGO.

App keeps giving me errors when I go and try to pick the seats for any movie and location and then crashes

They have over inflated their "convenience fee" after I got multiple gift cards. There is no "convenience", online purchases are the entire service. We shouldn't be getting charged extra.

Movie theaters never load, and their support sucks. I can only order tickets online, the app is completely useless.
