The convenience fee is an exorbitant insult. The tickets are already overpriced. This platform is supposed to make it easier for your customers to go to the movies, not make it easier for you to fleece your (now former) customers

The picking seats situation is ridiculous. The app says seats aren't available after selected, but they are then kicks you out multiple times. didn't do this before

I have purchase a movie on my phone, can't use the app on my TV to buy any, then it won't play on my TV for several days. I've updated the app cleared my cache as suggested and even tried several tricks recommended by users. To glitch, if I didn't have so many movies I'd use a different app.
