★★★★★ Great for my business I'm able to send invoice to collect and accept card payments as well. If your looking for advance app probly not it. Its great simple keeps records good easy to use. And like I said I'm able to collect my money!

★★★★★ I love Freshbooks and the app makes it so easy to keep my books up to date on the go. I can do estimates on the spot, I can invoice from anywhere, and I can immediately add my expenses, including a pic of receipt, immediately. Love it!

★★★★★ Wish it was easier to see cumulative time totals on the app. Also, on Freshbooks timer is white on white in the drop down drawer. (Can't read it) 2/22/2018 and they still haven't chabged the time tracking text from white on white on Samsung devices.

★★☆☆☆ Freshbooks is great in theory but a lack of some very basic features make this product a hassle to use. In the web app, if you create an invoice or estimate and forget to manually save, after a period of time you will be prompted to login again and you will loose whatever work you just did. There is no auto save! If you sit down so work on something after not having been at your computer for a while, you can do so but when you go to save something, switch from invoices to estimates, you will be prompted to login again and loose everything you were just working on. Between no auto save and constantly being prompted to login in again, I have lost a tonne of work and had to recreate the work each time. For this reason alone and after being stupid enough to continue to use Freshbooks for 3.5 years I have decided to switch to a more reliable product that doesn't double my workload. This is just one example of poor quality product, I could go on, the mobile app is worthless, I've had problems with it since I first tried it, eventually I just gave up on it. I feel like development at Freshbooks doesn't exist, they aren't even aware of their bugs or able to fix them.

★★☆☆☆ Is a very good "grabbin' your data" simulator, but poor accounting app. While it was grabbin' my data, I went to the Freshbooks website and did what I needed to do in about 30 seconds. 30 minutes later, it says its still grabbin' my data. I don't think it's going to be grabbin' my data....

★★☆☆☆ I have been a FreshBooks user for several years and was happy until Android app became almost unusable. I only ever use the app. Support used to be on point, but now aren't. The price almost doubled recently and I have to use a broken product. My fault, I've been too busy/lazy to find a new product. I hear QuickBooks is the way to go for what I need. Half the price, twice the product. Soooo disappointed
