Hands down!!! My best interaction with a customer service department everything was explained and clear to understand what he was saying got a new policy started and first installment paid with 15 20 mins of the beginning of the call had everything I needed to be emailed and all the links I needed to activate and what apps to install before the phone was over with, and they were over $50.00 cheaper than my old policy. Drive tracking is terrible. Constantly states a slip up but doesn't tell me what. Score doesn't change even if you weren't the one driving on a trip. Complete scam.

App is okay but Drive Easy is unusable. Trips are logged seemingly randomly. I only get about half of me. There is absolutely no pattern to it. Not coverage related, not permissions and not battery policy. Pixel 7a, as pure android as it gets.

You really need to figure out how to fix Drive Easy. If I put my car in park at the end of a trip and then pick up my phone after the trip is well over, I still get dinged. It would be so easy to code in a margin of error of 1 minute at the start and end of a trip. It's infuriating.

The App stays on even when I am not driving, and it is using up the battery real fast. There is no reason that I have to keep the Bluetooth on and give them so much access to my phone....I just got this insurance and their app is below standard. They just want control. It turns on even when im walking around in my house.
