Botifier ========
Pushes Android notifications from the notification drawer to any connected bluetooth device supporting AVRCP 1.3
Now supports Sony Smartwatch 2
* Show notifcations on car radio * Show application as artist * Show summery as album * Show full notification text as title (can be splitted over multiple chunks max length is configurable) * Play notification via TTS (text to speech) * Use next / previous track to navigate through notifications * Use pause / play button to remove notifcation * Use forward button to close notification stream might help to regain focus to previous playing audio.
To test if your media device (car radio) supports AVRCP 1.3 play a mp3 song which has id3 information set and check if this information is shown on the media device.
There are two ways to provide this application with info about notifications via accesiblities or via notification access. The later one is the prefered method which is only support on Android 4.3 and up.
To enable Botifier via Notification Access (Android 4.3 only): Goto Settings -> Security -> Notification Access -> Enable Botifier (Setting only available if Botifier is installed)
To enable Botifier via Accessiblity: Goto Settings -> Accessiblity -> Enable Botifier
Do not enable both methods which will cause unexpected behaviour.

Gives notifications to my car stereo - works great! My only request would be an option to ignore URLs. The TTS will attempt to read them going into a 30s long spell-a-thon with a hashcode.

Great App This is an excellent app to keep you hands free while driving. Works as advertised once you enable the notifier in your Security Settings. My one issue is that the app turns your music down to give you the notification regardless of if Text to Speech is turned on our not, but when it does this it will not restore your music to the previous listening level until you dismiss the notification from your phone. This completely eliminates what the app is trying to accomplish. I hope the dev allows us to set a timer of maybe 10 seconds where the music volume will be reduced and the message displayed, then after that time the message will disappear and the volume will be restored to its previous level. Other than this tweak I think the app is excellent. Work great in my 2012 toyota Prius.

Force close Force closes on cyanogenmod 10.2. Please fix.

Sends metadata to my car. Neutron music app wouldn't on its own so I wouldn't see artist info etc before. With botifier, changing track in neutron works but then car remote to change song stopped working.please fix

Didn't work for me 2011 camaro 2ss /HTC one m8. All this app did was cause my music volume to drastically reduce when playing. Used it for spotify and soundcloud

Compatibility A list of compatible devices is needed. Not working with my Bionic/ 2013 VW. I know Bionic is capable because it worked with 99 Honda/Pioneer.
