One box for my business I have no complaints, at times voip gets a little fuzzy communication wise. A side from a little interference in sound I really appreciate the service. Very sophisticated system, keeps me in touch with my clients. Onebox is a keeper. I have been using the service since 2006 I believe, and I still like it, Really, more than I can say about my cellphone company.

Well I prefer the old version, why? Because they had an option of uploading my contacts from my phone to onebox servers, now that option disappeared, so I spoke to a customer representative numerous times with the same issue and what they said I can go to onebox in my pc log in and add my contacts one by one? I said so if I have a thousand contacts in different groups I had to input each one? Not good.I clean my contacts probably like every 3 month, before like I said I just to go to my onebox in my pc delete all contacts from onebox server, then go to my phone onebox app and they had the option to upload the contacts, not anymore and since I do not want to add thousands of contacts to the server, everytime I save my voicemails you cand see the number but not the name in my save folder, how nice? The other thing that I am tired of telling customer service is that my onebox number do not show in caller id, just to do it before but not now, so when I call some place that they don’t accept unavailable or anonymous etc, I have to hang up copy the number and dial *82 and the number, so probably this year will change the service.

Always hangs up No calendar access, hangs up on multiple phones and o/s. Terrible customer service. Multiple issues. Multiple Tech calls that always get transferred to some other country that barely speaks English.

Service is pretty good. But the android app is horrible now. Push notifications haven't worked on my last two phones and that is an important feature for a business line. Tried calling tech support and they didn't have an answer. Tried installing and reinstalling to no avail. Been with onebox since 2011 but thinking of making a switch.
