Contraction Timer

Contraction Timer

Contraction Timer helps you time how long and how frequent your contractions are when going into labor. It shows the time of each contraction, their durations and the interval between them.

Please note that if your phone doesn't have Android 4 or newer, it will still use the old version of the app.

Please purchase Contraction Timer Donate if you like this app. It also enables the ability to share your times in an emailed spreadsheet, and also enabled the Android Beam feature (Android 4+ phones with NFC only), so that you can instantly beam your times to another device—particularly useful when your partner comes home from work and takes over the timing operations!

Recent changes:
Complete rewrite of application, for users with Android 4+ phones:
- Uses the Android Holo theme.
- Can edit any entry.
- Can add comments to entries.
- Added a recent contractions graph.
- Can continue timing the most recent contraction.
- For users who have purchased Contraction Timer Donate, added ability to share times using Android Beam (NFC).

Contractions suck, this app doesn't This app works perfectly. Easy to use, nothing bad to say about it. Great!

Third one I tried and I LOVE it! Used this last time with baby #3 and it was super helpful. Loved how I could edit contraction times when I would forget to stop one, etc. and that I could look back and see the flow of labor. Had uninstalled it and have now reinstalled for baby #4!

I only needed it for 10 hours, but... ... but for those ten hours I was SO glad to have it. This timer helped me recognize that my "cramps" were evenly spaced and getting closer together. I started using the timer at 7 AM. By 5 PM when my husband got home I was able to show him that they were 4 minutes apart, and off to the hospital we went. Baby was born the next morning. :)
