Doorbell Camera Work Good in All Weather, No Problems, But Outside Cameras, Not so good, Batteries act up & Extender didn't Increase life. Nothing but Problem’s From Them. Not Happy with Outside Cameras, It Took them 4 years to Fix Camera Problems, The Setting had to be Changed to No Doorbell for Chime & Doorbell to Work Properly.

I love using Blue by ADT because I don't have to worry about anyone breaking into my house when I'm not home and when I'm home I never been so safe until I have gotten this alarm. PS I am a satisfied customer.

This app is horrible I can't even sign in I have a Moto G play 2024 running on android 14 and all it does when you open the app is rotated like crazy, so I can't even log into my account please fix this ADT.

Horrible camera and the hub is not stable, That being said, I spoke with a representative to cancel since I'm done with the contract. The whole time she was trying to sell me again even going as far as telling me "if you would stop talking and let me talk" wow. Customer service at its finest here. I have had ring for the same amount of time as blu (4 yrs) ring never had an issue. The last year I didn't even use the cameras but had to keep paying bc of the contact. Avoid at all cost!

I do not recommend this security system. Cameras do not work properly. I was robbed, and the cameras froze not viewing the person in action, but it did record the time of entry and the sensors did work, not the cameras, unfortunately. Therefore, I do not feel safe with this security system. The only makes one phone call to inform you of activity. And with that is no voicemail, just a record of phone calls that was missed.

Need to fix the bugs. I can't log in on the new Samsung S26+. The app only work with older phones.
