HOW DOES LOCALMIND WORK? Localmind allows you to send a question to someone that is checked-in (through Foursquare and Facebook Places) at any location you care about. Users receive the question to their mobile phone and answer in real-time. Send any question you want (e.g. is the wifi up, is the place open, is it suitable for kids) to any place you want (e.g. the bar down the block, the theater across town, the conference across the country).
ASK QUESTIONS Send a question to any place in the world through the Android app, the iPhone app, the iPad app, or the web interface.
ANSWER QUESTIONS Help fellow users by answering questions about places you are currently at, or places you are an expert about.

Has potential. But ... So many bugs. It crashes when trying to connect a 4square account (Had to go to the iPad version to get that done). Tapping on questions has no effect. That's at least better than the iOS version which just crashes. And the web version is simply unimplemented. So can't answer questions on any platform.

interesting concept, poor execution I suppose it could be useful, but I don't even see a way to answer questions. no menus, no options, tapping the question just shows a map.

Android = can't add friends? The iOS app for this is a surprising amount better than the android version. Apparently you can't even add friends on android even though the app is somewhat centered around being social and making connections with people. Two stars until the app improves and gets the TLC from your developers that it needs. Not having a substantial android app is just being lazy.
