I will never fly with Lufthansa again. I was extremely disappointed to be charged an unexpected baggage fee at the boarding gate. The additional charge was unnecessary and could have been handled more transparently. This experience was frustrating and has left me with a very negative impression of the airline.

After the latest update, cannot log in into the app anymore. Already logged out/in, uninstalled the app and changed the password. Either technical error, problems with the password (which I just changed and verified works Ina different device) or 3 calls to apis of Lufthansa, Swiss and ita. In the end login is not possible

They were basically obligating me to install the app or get an account to check in, unacceptable! This is bad practice and should not be allowed in the EU

The last app update removed the ability to filter and sort flights. Now when booking a flight the search results are sorted by journey duration only. You cannot filter by number of stops or cash you sort by cost or departure time. I guess someone thinks this is progress.....

The app is very slow, doing anything is extremely frustrating. I also had to pay an additional $100 something as basic as having a seat that can recline, in a 12-hour flight.

The worst experience you can have it with this company in DUBLIN AIRPORT. You imagine you get controversial information from different assistants work for the company. because I work in the airport, and I inquired about if there is any discount, and I was told no. the day of my flight the supervisor and the assistant denied and iller than that they tried to make it my fault.
