Very good support Missing Sync didn't work at first, but that was not the app., but my mac. Their support sorted it. If it doesn't work straight away, be patient and ask them for help. Well worth down loading.

Missing Sync I have been using it for over 3 years now with minor issues. An occasional hiccup if you will. It gets the job done every time. And I like the way it keeps my contacts. .. exactly the same way I format them in Outlook. Syncing with Google Mail goofed them all up. 4.5 due to very rare and minor connection issues.

Syncs what I need it to well I use SmoothSync for iCloud to sync everything except music (including playlists), ringtones, backup SMS and call logs. Missing Sync works great for those.

Development ceased after OS X 10.8 This app is now completely worthless since development appears to have ceased on the desktop (Mac) side of things when Mac OS X 10.9 was released (and even after Apple fixed their sync services omission). A sad end to a product I used to consider a must-have.

Difficult to setup and make it work. Not worth spending so much money... Installation is easy but making the phone talk to the app on laptop took a lot of effort. The sync works but not with android default calendar. You need to install their calendar app and use that. No problem with one more app but the features of their app are very limiting. The phone numbers and conference call dialins are not presented in their app as phones. This means you cannot click on it and dial directly from the meeting invite. I paid full price and then stopped using it because it is too clumsy and bulky. Found other better solutions to sync calender with outlook.

Waste of Money I purchased the missing sync in November 2011 and I have NEVER been able to get it to work. Their tech support is useless and after trying every conceivable fix and hoping it will work after every update, I am now officially giving up. If your PC is remotely up to date (W7/8 x64, Outlook 2010/2013) save yourself 40 bucks and many hours of frustration by giving this one a skip.
