Mozy is the industry leader in online backup. By installing the Mozy mobile app, you can securely access files you back up or sync with Mozy from your device. Read your documents, browse your photographs, play your music, and share files anywhere, any time.
You can use sync, Mozy's file synchronization feature, to manage and access files from any linked computer or mobile device. Sync lets you keep your most active data up to date across each of the computers and devices you regularly use. Just save an important file to your sync folder, and you can access it from any computer with internet access, or from your linked mobile devices or computers.

Easier access to all files Overall, I love he application but don't understand why there are so many steps to view files. I click Documents and the system launches a search for all documents. It takes minutes to complete. When it completes i have to hit the phone's menu button and select All Files. Then I can drill down to see my files. Please make "All Files" as an option from the home page.

Personal encryption key doesn't work This app doesn't let my personal key decrypt files. It says "This file could not be decrypted with your current personal key", but I have double checked that it is indeed the valid key. I can use the standalone decrypter on my PC. Please fix it asap so I'll move this to a 5-star review. I'm not the only one complaining, as you can see from the other reviews.

Good app, stash only works sometimes. I have auto stash turned on for my photos, when I get back to wifi, it won't upload photos taken while not wifi available. Also, no photos uploaded if phone has been rebooted.

You failed me when I needed you most. For years now, this app has been substandard and problematic. Frequent messages saying "Mozy has stopped working. Also, the stash upload from the phone has been spotty from day 1. But now, a more serious problem has erupted. I am unable to access my files and the app keeps claiming there as a network problem even though I can connect . My computer died on me several days ago and is in the shop. I need to access a very important file from my phone and cannot. What the eff is the point of using Mozy?
