This app has always been a pile of garbage. It's slow, it's unresponsive most times, it's cluttered, and not to mention when trying to change your plan nothing happens. And the ask once live chat thing never works. Apparently your old chats are supposed to be displayed in the app. If you press back, or you close down the phone app, you open it back up your chats have disappeared, including the live chat you are currently using. Sort it out your ask once chat is false

Shocking. I get an email telling me that the broadband app is being discontinued, and I need to use this one. What happens when I download and try to sign in? 404. shockingly bad experience. Why embark on a massive marketing campaign when you KNOW that the app you are asking people to move on to is not fit for purpose? please, Vodafone, if you give me a job as your new CEO I promise I'll make a mess of things for far less than you're currently paying. How's that for shareholder value?

No matter what I try, this version or any other versions of Vodafone apps it will not link with my router to use any of the controls. Absolutely useless. All it ever says is 'hmm, something's not working' your router didn't pair. Tried on 3 different phones too.

Update useless. App keeps closing and I have to restart, and it closes again it only happens as soon as I start looking at upgrades. No point in bothering. Tobi is a real waste of time. Convenient that I had to log in again and agree to terms and conditions. When I looked at my data speed history which was mostly slow and a few media and just a couple of good was all deleted by Vodafone so no proof of how poor they are. Me paying for the fastest mobile signal and 5g in a 4g area. Na.
