I have no problems with the app except that when I take a picture through the app for a mobile deposit my check is much, much more blurry than it is if I take a picture of it through my normal camera. I would love for that to get fixed, but otherwise it's great.

I had an Entire man play in my Whole face and try to rip me off with a collection. I paid him, and then he wouldn't give me any receipt information So Navy Fed to the Rescue! I've had Navy Federal credit Union since I was 18, and I am retired and this Credit Union is LIFE-LOCK ON STEROIDS!

Update 6/1/26 Now no notifications ever! The December 2025 update turned off all notifications, so I missed the notification that my Credit Card Payment was due. Now I have a late payment on my account. I had to set up notifications like I just joined NFCU. Enter and verify EMAIL, Mobile Number and 2-Factor authentication. Also, I've gone over a month with no contact with NFCU, so I wasn't getting notifications, mail or text telling me about important account information.

Fix please--- app requests new passcode put in new passcode sign in with pin app requests new passcode put in new passcode sign in with pin repeat. I am currently unable to sign in and ive deleted the app and reinstalled.
