Bro!!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!! Before, that machine was taking soooooo long. I wonder, did you update that Near machine, that machine is ASTONISINGLY SLOW!!..... That stuff take over a MONTH!! The app is so much easier, try to create a machine with a larger slot though, because it ruines the fun when it crushes up the paper. We had I had finished over 600 hundred recipets in 1 Day.

Won't allow login with either my desktop password a new password which I am prompted to create. Says "if you have an HP connected account [I do use an HP laptop with my basic neat software] sign in with the button below" .... but then there is no button shown anywhere on the page!! Seriously?

They had a Great App until the latest update! It just keeps crashing! I've been a Neat customer since its inception, this is truly the worse. The app before this update had worked the best, I could scan in a hundred receipts, now struggle with getting one into the system and not so sure if I trust if it's saving my info. Neat Please resolve this issue!
