Key Features of ReadySHARE™ Cloud App are:
- Access files stored on your USB Hard drive plugged on to a ReadySHARE™ Cloud enabled WiFi Router (like WNDR3800) as you would natively on your home network.

Just doesn't work. Don't waste time with this. I once thought Netgear a quality company. No more.

Okay this app doesn't work.. Here's what you can do I don't know why did these guys made this app... Influencing the routers feature when it doesn't work in the first place... But try and open the desktop window where you can copy and paste the content... The URL should be of network followed with an ip address... Open es file Explorer in ua phone and create an ftpserver... Mention that ip address and put the routers username and password.. Tap create... and the stuff in your device pops up and the videos that are present in the removable drive play very smooth.. Unlike the netgear genie app 8)

Horrible. Hasn't worked a single time This app is a complete waste of time. I have the right router and everything is connected and configured correctly. However when I use the app it's stuck in a never ending cycle of a single folder name of "Shares" and then ".." Any time you clock on either it goes back to the other one.

Seriously what retards made this app? You have to download a video to watch it? That is the whole reason I downloaded this app so I don't have to download it from my external hard drive❕😵
