Great prices but silly search results, type in the name of the motherboard I want, and it says no such item exists then gives me the motherboard I typed in saying did you mean this.

Honestly, your better off using the site as a guide, then ordering elsewhere. UPS didn't even knock on my door, so of course I go to reattempt delivery. Well, new egg is the shipper, so they have full control of the delivery. I can't reschedule it, I can't reattempt, have it delivered to a UPS location, nothing.

Checking out with PayPal is literally unusable. If I switch over to verify via the PayPal app, the verification attempt is instantly dropped. Same thing happens when I back out to check my email. Tried it like 3 times and every time I come back to the New egg app to continue I'm back to the checkout menu.

Cant add an item to a build list. It shows the item as available, and in stock. Even if you select it as the first item, so it isn't compatibility. When asking about it, the AI says it is a keyboard. It is a CPU Cooler. Even trying searching it in the build list as a keyboard doesn't return a result. The brand name or product name doesn't return results. The only way to contact new egg is by phone between certain unseeable hours listed in the app because the preview for the result doesn't show it.

Newegg as a company has declined. I purchased a gaming laptop which the new egg sales page misrepresented. I had the laptop for less than 30 days before finding it only had 2 ram slots instead of the 4 stated on the sales page. I would not have purchased it if I knew it only had 2 ram slots. Now it will be twice as expensive to upgrade the ram. And new egg refused to process a return because they don't care about their customers anymore.
