I have bought this twice out of loyalty ,just to be sure, and found it to be hopeless as well. A great opportunity for another provider to take the market. I will never touch it again.

What I'm extremely unhappy about is that the free version has the pop-up shazam, but the app I paid for all of a sudden doesn't.
