I love this app. The program is great, the plot is entertaining, and it actually got me to enjoy running. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars and not 5 is because the app hasn't been updated in years and doesn't do the greatest run tracking (e.g. no map with splits, broken down pace.) It also isn't compatible with music apps like Spotify, which was slightly annoying. But the training program is definitely worth it - better than just standard intervals.

Overall, I really like this app. I love that the story plays over your music. (Download the Shuttle music app and make a playlist in it!) The fun story definitely keeps me moving and engaged. The timed prompts are great at helping beginners pace themselves. I have a couple gripes, though. It really bugs me that the site is different than for the classic Zombies, Run! app. (This means that any progress or items you collect won't transfer when you're done! 🙁) I don't understand why that hasn't been fixed. I also think having so many "freeform runs" is a bit of a cop-out from the original C25K program. But, overall, it's a fun program!

What sort of file can't install with 1.2GB of free space? How large is this app?? I have over 1.2GB of free space on my phone and I keep getting the same error. I've not even had the chance to look at anything yet because the damn thing won't download because the file is so big. I can't even get a refund for the app either.

Disappointed. Regular version is way better than 5K version. I was impressed by the regular version so I decided to purchase 5k version. GPS tracking used. Web synchronization: mission distance NA, duration 1:06:01, average speed NA, average pace 0min/km, calories 0, supplies 0. Started my one hour run as usual but with 5K, there was 2 mins narration in the beginning, then no feedback no grr no narration for rest of my one hour run which is not motivating at all. First mission is 32 mins, I ran for 56 mins, then I stopped the mission. Forget about the mission, no in-app performance review for the run I just had, it says Continue Mission if I go back.

Old. Obsolete. Uses media platforms that no longer exist, can't listen to music while I run. It was a great program at one time but no longer. Get with the times guys.

The app crashes everytime I try to do a mission. I completed the first two beforw i had this issue- tried to reinstall and still had the issue
