All three options use Smarter Agent’s GPS-triggered real estate search technology to pinpoint your location and find homes and apartments in your immediate area. You can also search for homes by address, city or zip code and refine your search based on price, beds/baths, property type and distance to find just what you’re looking for.
Search results reveal: • Price • Square footage • Estimated mortgage • Taxes • Interior and exterior features • Interactive map • Beds/baths • Pictures and more!
Share what you find! Text or email homes and apartments to your friends, and share the app with them using the “Send to a Friend” feature on the main menu. You can also save a home or an entire search to access later.
If you have questions or want a tour of the home, the "Call" feature will connect you to a real estate professional.

This is a handy app, but the biggest downside is there is no contact info directly to the listing agent. I was showing properties to a client & came across one that he was very interested in. My MLS app wasn't working, so I used this one, but when I called the office on the app, they had no clue about the property listing & would not give me the contact to the listing agent. So, it's use is very limited. It should give the listing agents contact info. It's not fair to the listing agent

Terrible, since Lbar turned their other app off it has been a mess. I cannot access the agent portion of this app as well as other agents I have talked to. I've emailed them and they put the blame on our agency instead. Never had an issue with the other app. I have to resort to other apps just to get agent info on listings

you could learn a thing or two from Redfin. The search function on this app if basic and bland. you should consider adding a Google maps feature for street views.
