Permissions
We require several permissions on your Android device to operate properly. Here is the list and why we need them.

Network communication
full Internet access - your Spiceworks installation and the Spiceworks community are accessed through the internet.

Phone calls
read phone state and identity - from the people view, when making a call, we need to know if the phone is busy already.

System tools
retrieve running applications - lets us verify if a task has already been started so we have only one instance of activity at a time, and also lets us restart if we run into an unexpected issue.

Recent changes:
3.0.3
- Swipe left on tickets on the main ticket list to Close, Reopen, Wait, and Resume tickets
- A few Material Design elements added to the UI
- Unassign and assign to self added and moved to top of assignment list

60+ bugs squashed by SpiceRex, including:
- fixed AD password reset
- fixed ticket sites
- fixed attachments
- improved cpu usage by 15% on all list views
- widget disabled for now as we smooth it out again
- rotation issues
- more crash fixes

Spicy! I've used Spiceworks off and on since 2007, but only recently started using this app. You need this app! Keep up the terrific work guys!

Latest Improvements Doing good really surcharge l appreciate the work on Android improving the app - I use it regularly - multiple times a day!!! Keep those updates coming!

Cannot add pictures to notes anymore Used to be able to enter a note and attach pictures. Now when selecting a photo - it never adds it

Cannot create a ticket, simply crashes every single time. Been like this since last update.
