The title first debuted in 1991 as the fourth installment in the FINAL FANTASY series. Wildly popular thanks to its unique characters and dramatic storylines, it went on to be ported to many different platforms.

FINAL FANTASY IV was the first title to introduce the Active Time Battle (ATB) system, which has become synonymous with the series. It also saw the introduction of the Augment system, which enabled the transfer of abilities from other characters and gave players an edge in battles.

Logo Only odd problem is the icon for the app has the final fantasy 5 title on it. Maybe it's just me?

Feel Free if you agree, And copy and paste this message to each game you buy. We the people young and old, need to start DEMANDING a (ARCHIVE) file of the game. So we can start to own our games before these companies start taking our owener rights away from us. It is happening and if we don't complain and put a stop to it now, we are all going to be just in a sense of the word renting them after they all go over to streaming. And if they pull the game you lose your in app purchase's and all the time you put into what ever games you buy. They get our money, Don't we have the right to own our games? At the bottom of each of these game pages is a contact us, button. You should exercises your right to get a copy "ARCHIVE" of your games you buy. They take our hard earned money, Lets get a copy of our Games.

Just one minor thing. For some reason the applications icon is from Final Fantasy V and not from Final Fantasy IV. It has not caused any issues with the app itself. I absolutely loved this game on the SNES, PS1, Nintendo DS and I love it now.
