Worst customer service of any company that I've ever dealt with..... people at store level are very nice, and do their best to help, but if they can't resolve your issues, you enter an endless maze of AI generated nonsense that resolves nothing. If you ask to speak to a representative, the system reconnects you with your original sales office. I give up....reviews are limited to 500 characters, or I would elaborate...

The app is no fun because it's not providing updated information. It doesn't help my mood stay on top of my premium, so I'm two months behind on a car I wasted a $4,500 down payment on because I go broke trying to head back to South Carolina where my policy resides just to risk being sabotaged in Wichita, Kansas. Cars were created to land people in prison when they just don't break the law. The illuminati drug people, so they can't watch their speed in the southeast Missouri/Arkansas region.

Cancel my insurance and give me a refund. Why are you asking for an odometer reading. You need to remember I am not with state farm. I will report you to corporate headquarters
