You are overpriced. Which makes you crooks, thieves and liars. I believe there should be a cap on how much you charge people. It's bad enough that you charge our young people an outrageous amount. It's unacceptable. There's no excuse why you charge that kind of money you crook are making it rich, you make me sick. And this is not just state farm it all of you. it's no wonder there are so many uninsured motorist.

Worst customer service of any company that I've ever dealt with..... people at store level are very nice, and do their best to help, but if they can't resolve your issues, you enter an endless maze of AI generated nonsense that resolves nothing. If you ask to speak to a representative, the system reconnects you with your original sales office. I give up....reviews are limited to 500 characters, or I would elaborate...

L installed the state farm app correctly, filled it in correctly, try to open it & all l get after 1 try, it says to many attempts, after first try. Or, error had occurred, try later or l have been frozen, call 1800 blah blah blah. So all l get are excuses & can't get anywhere with this stupid app.
