Literally the ONLY place I'll buy tickets from, if they're not on Ticketmaster... Then I can't trust it tbh... Been using Ticketmaster since I was a little kid, my patents have too... They were using Ticketmaster booths even BEFORE I was born nvm... So well over 20–30 years+ of reliable tickets and service from Ticketmaster for my family! 💙💯

Ticketmaster is extremely difficult to use. It took me 5 tries to get tickets through the website, and it kept timing out or giving error messages. Finally, got the tickets after an hour. There were plenty of seats. But I had to get the app to get tickets on my phone. Ticket master app won't even let me sign on. They really need to pay for software developers, not AI, to fix crashes and bugs. -10 stars

It won't install. It just buffers for hours. Without the app on my new phone, I have no ticket to get into my concert. Insane.
