Life is no longer a challenge, it's a journey I can curate! A task to be done? A thoughtful gesture that clicked while on a run? An idea to get ahead at work? I dumped everything on todoist and take a couple of minutes each day to organize them. With a combination of projects, labels and priorities, I could easily manage the many different aspects of my life. I finally hit Enlightened karma status! ! Now, whenever I hear some say life is too overwhelming, I tell them how Todoist saved my life!

Todoist is simple but really useful for keeping track of daily tasks. Adding reminders and organizing things into different projects makes it much easier to stay on top of work

I've been a paid Todoist user for years and it's so sad how they seem to have lost their way. The price has soared beyond its value, seemingly in the name of AI features I am not interested in. Worse, quality has suffered. The absolute core way I use Todoist is to regularly check the Today page and look at the count of outstanding tasks at the top. That count has been broken for months, getting stuck and failing to update. You couldn't find a much more basic feature and it's broken

Was a good app, recommended it to multiple people over the years, but then they started promoting AI integrations like Claude and ChatGPT. Don't like it. Don't want it. Not going to support a company that promotes AI, and neither are the folks I recommended the app to. Simple as that.

I used it for a while, I was not thinking of writing such a bad review. I tried to delete my account after finding out this is not what I need. Deleting my account was so hard. I had to set up a password (signed up with Google) because it did not allow me to delete, go to another page, come back, login again, go to delete page again and write email and password again was such a bad experience. They really tried to make deleting account as hard as possible.
