How To Use: • Lock the phone (turn off the screen) to activate the app. • When an SMS, Gmail, missed call, etc. is received, the app will repeatedly flash the screen, vibrate or play a sound depending on your settings. • To stop the notification, simply unlock the phone (use the phone/turn on the screen).
Notes:
• This app uses the Device Administrator permission. This is only used if you want the app to turn off the screen/lock the screen. This is optional, and is not enabled by default.
• This app uses Accessibility services. It's used to determine which notifications are being displayed on older versions of Android. The Notification services may be used instead on newer versions of Android for the same purpose.
• Some Samsung devices have an accessibility bug where they may talk (ex: "folder is open") if any accessibility service is enabled.
• If you're using a 3rd party lockscreen or have disabled it, try unchecking "Normal Lock Checking." Please see http://tomatox.com/mmf#smi for more information.
• If you can't upgrade or uninstall, make sure "Advanced/Force Screen Lock" and "Advanced/Lock After Missed Call" are disabled.

Well, once I figured out all the settings, this actually works really well. My phone (marshmallow) always sounds alerts and rings with increasing volume, and I always miss messages because the alert sound is so low. Now, this app plays a notification sound loud enough, and at the interval I program it to. Once I unlock the screen to read the message, the notifications stop automatically. Cool...

Doesn't work at all on my Droid Maxx 2. I have MMF enabled and set to monitor just the basics: Missed Calls, SMS & MMS, and Voicemail. Flash Screen and Vibrate are enabled. Notification Service is enabled and Accessibility Service is not enabled, per the app's instructions not to enable both.Timing & Limits have default values. Yet, for almost all missed calls, text messages, and voicemail calls, I get no repeat notifications at all. (Once in a blue moon, I get repeat notifications for a text msgs.) If there is something else I'm supposed to be doing, it is not documented and not obvious from the UI. The UI, BTW, makes it hard to find apps. Voicemail, a very common app to monitor, is buried in a loooong list of apps (looks like all the services the phone is running). And it's unclear what to check for text messages, SMS or Messaging; I checked both, to be safe. Also, no support: I sent two email inquiries and got no reply. Since my phone has no notification light (unbelievably poor design), I'd be happy to donate for this app if it worked, but not for zero functionality and support.
