Trulia Rentals gives you a very good description of the rental rates, amenities, location, and so much more. I find that I can not only look for rental properties but for houses For Sale as well which I find very helpful because many of the properties I have looked at within a 200-mile radius of Yuma, AZ includes properties in Southern Nevada as well. I have found that to be very helpful in deciding to rent or buy which is really nice because many of the properties make better sense to buy than.

Like the app but one thing that is annoying me, and it's on other apps too, it's there should be a ADU option as well. I'm getting tired scrolling down, and then it says ADU not a home. That will be a great feature to separate homes from ADUs

Customize your feed of available properties to maximize your search. Listings generally have good description and ample photos. Some listings are not indicative of a duplex or shared home. But that is my only complaint

They're giving me searches I'm not looking for I set my save settings and the price I'm looking for and that's between $500-600 I didn't ask for you all to send me new places out of my range check $1,230 my price is set for $500-$600 send me suggestions for my price range

Lists homes for sale not rent! Why is it called rentals! And it consistently fails to find locations by address to search near. Same bugs as when I last used it a year ago that I talked to tech support about. Edit: It's been another year, and the commute destination address search is still busted. It consistently says, "Please enter a valid address" even when I copy an address directly from Google Maps, and even when I subtract or add commas and other punctuation.

Very frustrating to use. I am looking for apartments for rent instead of houses, and it only showed results fore house. Deactivating my account.

I was getting alerts, but when I click on them, the site NEVER takes me to the item. I will have to try and look it up manually. Also, suggested apartments are NOT anything I would even remotely consider. Also, "Cooling Only" is a ridiculous label. What I want to know is, does this apartment have central air? Air conditioning unit? ALL apartments have heat, but what kind? Forced air? Radiator? Because of my experience, I have stopped all notifications.
