X HAS AN ABSURD COMMUNITY GUIDELINES TEAM. WE WONDER WHETHER THE COMPANY HIRES ROBOTS OR HUMAN BEINGS. PATHETIC! THEIR TEAM TEMPORARILY LOCKS ACCOUNTS WITHOUT HEARING ALL SIDES OF THE STORY. WE SUBMITTED AN APPEAL AND DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO THAT CASE. TO MAKE IT WORSE, OUR ACCOUNT IS A SUBSCRIBER OF THE BASIC PLAN AND WE ARE STILL UNABLE TO USE ALL FEATURES OF THE PLATFORM DUE TO THIS TEMPORARY RESTRICTION.
