Dial pad Meetings (fka UberConference) is easy to use and effective as a teleconferencing tool. Disappointing that they failed to send UberConference users a notification regarding the changes, both the substantive ones and the surprising decision to "abandon" the clever brand name of UberC. Will keep using it and explore its capabilities further but not yet giving up my Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or GoToMeeting accounts.

Makes my meeting available when I'm working I'm different offices. I enjoy the automated translation and highlights notes after every meeting. I record important or priority meetings. It has a timer you can turn on or off. DPM keep tracks of all who are in attendance. I've been using DPM for 2yrs, and I recommend it to small businesses who want to leave a BIG business impression.

The app is not user-friendly It redials to use the app to manage the conference it's move during muting it shows double numbers can't Identify who talking please fix the app see free conference feature for guidance this hard to mass mute on app only on desk top please help ...overall it would be good

Usually our team doesn't have any issues with Meetings, but we usually use the website. Today I used the app- it added me twice, even though I logged in once, & then proceeded to drop me. It didn't log me OUT, though. So every time this happened & I logged back in, there was another instance of me in the meeting. I couldn't remove the phantoms. After having 8 of me, I tried force stopping the app. When I logged back in, I had 2 of me again. Trying a reinstallation.

Since the update to the app to add the video, the app has had many issues, it mutes people, it kicks people out of the call, or it has sound issues.

Does not allow set up of pin via app. Also, no technical support of any kind. Would be very helpful if the telephone number for technical support is listed. Also, Would be great if you can turn on the pin from the app. Currently, you can only change the pin from the app. You can't activate the pin from the spp
