Articles, reporting, and opinions are always on point and truthful, not politically motivated. News stories are always based on fact, not on speculation or misinformation. And always updated frequently and current. I agree, though, with past reviews that the multiple ads are excessive and unnecessary, especially if I and other subscribers are paying to read the news articles.

I wish there was a way to turn off autoplay when listening to articles. Edit 3/19/26: Please do away with the "Josh" AI voice on articles. That voice is just about the most grating thing I've ever heard.

Why does turning Video Autoplay OFF not work for ads? The flicker on the video ads is horrendous and makes the app unusable. So far I've held on to my WaPo subscription, but this maybe the dealbreaker.

Was always biased reporting. Now reporting quality and content has deteriorated so much, it is not worth reading. Downgraded to 2 stars.

The app content is garbage. "Alleged gunman?" He is a man, and he had guns. What is alleged about that?
