App works well, I have had several problems with it not letting me purchase my shopping, so I've had to swap to my partners phone (iphone) no issues there. Would also be handy if there was a widget to quick access the barcode scanner, add favorite items and to quickly add to shopping lists.

I can no longer access the App for some unknown reason. Keeps coming up Server Error every time I uninstall and reinstall. Being using the App for over 15 years. In the meantime I shop Instore which is not a problem.

Stupid ads are now inserted into my grocery shopping experience, slowing the process down and crashing the app. So I gave up and not purchasing groceries from Woolworths. It's your own fault woolies

When it works, it's fairly easy to use, but I often get multiple crashes and exceptionally long loading times and timeouts. Olive is helpful. Managing orders and swapping shopping modes is easy. Only real issues are loading, and sometimes search results are way off, but usually still easy to find items.

Select "in store" on the app, it shows specials only to find in the physical store the items are full price. This ruins the shopping experience. I plan my shop list based on sales but waste my time going in store finding they're not on sale as the app claimed. Or I click the item and the special price disappears - confusing. This needs to be clearly written as online only. It's deceiving when the prices displayed on the app per aisle are not as marked when in store. Coles doesn't do that to us.
