Not really the proper agent experience Where are the stats? I can't monitor my helpdesk's situation in one glance.

Handy for minor actions Not very feature rich when it comes to a Zendesk account, but allows for you to get by on the road. Needs ability to clear out the notifications... I'd like to just see what's new, not the whole history of changes

Great app. Can do basic ticket updating. Just what I expect from a phone app. Nothing complicated, works nicely.
