Very good... ...but some time tickets are opening slowly

No real issues Allows me to do everything I'd expect to be able to do, however I do drop back to the main website for more complex tasks.

It works, but can be much better I wish the speed was better. Have to manually refresh the app as it doesn't refresh frequently on its own. And It is sluggish when refreshing.

Almost perfect Just that the app crashes when loading comments from clicking on ticket notifications. Fix that and 5* on the way.

Good one Does what it should and let's me update wherever I am.
