This really needs an offline mode! I would really like this program if it had on offline mode where I could still open and edit tickets without an internet connection. Our company was going to use a bolt on application that puts the time used on the ticket to keep track of our billing needs, however without the offline feature this will not work for us.

Designed well, and getting better! The app seems nearly as complete as the desktop version, and the stability and speed of everything has improved markedly in the 9 months I've been using it. They've also worked hard to make private comments more obvious and settings changes more intuitive. Still not super fast all the time, but I really appreciate this app.

GREAT App This is an amazing app! It allows me to answer my customers while I'm on the go & keeps myself & co-workers in sync on things. The only thing that is missing is the ability to merge tickets..if that option was available, this app would be golden!!

Good app worth using it Very good app but only concern is it usually takes much time to open and browse tickets

Poor port to Android I've used this app on a phone and a tablet, it doesn't work very well on either. The button you press to start writing on a ticket is really unresponsive, it takes about 15 presses on both my tablet and my phone. Often the views refuse to load and you have to hop back to the main screen. While the web interface works alright, this app is pretty apauling.
