This platform and app pricing tool are very inaccurate, don't trust it. It is good to find properties but do not rely on the prices shown. Their estimated price on my house, having a saltwater canal and being bigger and updated than other houses sold in the neighborhood during this year and previous year, is lower than smaller, outdated properties without canal access at all. Shingle roof when mine has metal, more square footage and premium location closer to the entrance of the canal.

Half a duplex is not a multifamily home, You've just made your Multiple family filter absolutely useless. I will say Zillow tends to have the most listings, at the cost of accuracy and lack of current information.

Corrupt, would rather sell to an air b and b business than an actual family looking for a home, also what is the point in letting rental agencies' spam your website with listing that have absolutely no pictures, imagine hiw much better your website would be if you required at least 5 pictures of the units inside.
