Addit- appreciate response. To ensure authenticity, Comm Sec could rectify unfortunate account penalties without need of private correspondence **’show of public disclosure**. **Comm Sec has permission to investigate/Identify-LIFT BANS** I made an error (only human), not enough in account to cover 1 trade, day of settlement. Suspended- $100.00 penalty fee= Paid. Still unable to place trades-fees outstanding, however after searching for hours unable to identify a Fee-still unresolved and unseen.

You can't get a comm sec client ID if you have been using net bank credentials for accessing comm sec on the web, and this means a lot of us can't use the comm sec app! Why the discrimination? Lot of low brokerage trade apps available now. CBA needs to look into this.

Rip off. Commsec automatic exchange currency makes your funds draw down. Any time you buy or sell international stock. Even you make profit after sold the stocks you still lose. We should alert this matter to Australia customer affairs. I made 140 USD today, because they exchanged to ASD, now I lost all my profits.

Although a functionally good app (except the pointless home page they added), a major source of ANNOYANCE is that my biometric login keeps getting disabled at random intervals. This is really annoying when I urgently need access while on the move, and I don't have my password handy. This is how you ruin an otherwise good app. None of my other installed applications have this problem, and it's not due to me making changes to biometric like adding new fingerprint. WHY?!?!? FIX IT!!

It was all good until the latest update. The order page is now a pain in the***, checking orders for different accounts is unclear. Why fix something that is not broken?
