★★☆☆☆ Completely worthless I use the pc application to help troubleshoot my family and friends' computers and thought this would be an awesome app when I came across it. Don't waste your time. It's incredibly unstable, usually doesn't work, and when it does it only runs for maybe two minutes, tops. Not to mention you get a week free trial, then have to pay to use the same service you get for free on the desktop. Uninstalling immediately.
